- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce.) cans black olives, pitted and minced
- 3 med. ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- Lg. bunch of green onions
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
