Fried

  • Egg in Spicy Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoons blended onion
  • 1 tablespoons curry powder (meat / fish)

  • 1 / 2 cups soy sauce (sweet-creamy / creamy)

Heat pan and pour olive oil

2. Fry egg sunny-side up. Put aside

3. Fry potato. Put aside

4. Sauté blended ingredients and paste until

fragrant. Put curry powder.

5. After well

mixed and crisp, pour soy sauce and some

water.

6. After boiling put fried eggs, fried potatoes and cut

round onion.

7. Add salt and sugar to taste. Mix until well mixed.

8.

Ready to be served.

Panaskan kuali dan

masukkan minyak zaitun

Goreng telor mata

Tumis bahan kisar dan pes sehingga naik bau. Masukkan rempah kari.

Setelah sebati dan

garing, masukkan kicap dan sedikit air.

Setelah mendidih

masukan telor, kentang dan bawang yang dipotong bulat.

7.

Masukkan garam dan

gula secukup rasa. Gaul sehingga sebati.

8.

Siap untuk dihidang.
