Directions

  1. 1. Dip chicken in mix of egg and water. 2. Heat butter in shallow baking pan. 3. Roll chicken in dry potato flakes. 4. Place chicken skin side up. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Turn chicken at the end of 30 min if chicken is brown.
  2. Special idea: Tator dipped fish. Bake as you do chicken. Add in lemon juice to butter. Bake fish only 25 to 30 min turning only once.
