Directions
- Combine all of the confectionerâs sugar, vanilla and milk and whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle over a cooled cake.
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Whip the egg whites stiff.
- Add the sugar, whipping all the time until smooth.
- Add the yolks and continue whipping. Add the baking powder and continue whipping.
- Add the combined flours and continue whipping, until incorporated.
- Pour into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
