Tasty Glazed Bundt Cake!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cake flour
  • ½ cup all- purpose flour – sifted
  • 5 eggs - separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup butter – softened
  • For the Glaze:
  • ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Combine all of the confectioner’s sugar, vanilla and milk and whisk until smooth.
  2. Drizzle over a cooled cake.
  3. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  4. Whip the egg whites stiff.
  5. Add the sugar, whipping all the time until smooth.
  6. Add the yolks and continue whipping. Add the baking powder and continue whipping.
  7. Add the combined flours and continue whipping, until incorporated.
  8. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
  9. Bake 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
