Ingredients

  • 1 sm onion
  • 1/2 c. tarama (carp or possibly cod roe)
  • 1 med potato peeled, boiled
  • 1 c. white bread slices soaked in water,
  •     measured after squeezed dry
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice or possibly as desired
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil plus extra

Directions

  1. In a food processor puree the onion. Add in the tarama, potato, bread, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Add in a little more extra virgin olive oil if necessary to make the mix fluffy.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
