Tandoori Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 150ml low fat natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp tandoori curry paste
  • 4 chicken breasts,cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 green pepper,chopped
  • 1 red pepper,chopped
  • 1 onion,chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil

Tandoori Chicken Kebabs

Time: 20 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Mix the yoghurt,tandoori paste and lemon juice together.Add the chicken and coat well,cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for as long as u want to,the longer the better!
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers alteranately with peppers and onions.
  3. Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the peppers and onions for about 10 minutes or until soft.
  4. Preheat the grill,then grill the kebabs for about 20 mins,turning once.So thats about 10 mins on each side.
  5. Serve straight away.
  6. I like to serve mine with pitta breads,salad and sour cream.
