- Pita wrapp 1 ea
- Tomato julienne 20 gr
- Cucumber julienne 20 gr
- Lettuce 10 gr
- Coriander leaves 5 gr
- Tameya 4 pieces
- Dipping sauce 2 cl
- Red onion julienne 20 gr
- Vegetable pickles
Directions
- Deep fry the tameya then place on the wrapp with the tomato, red onions, lettuce,cucumber,coriander,wrapp and cut in half, served with pickles and dipping sauce
