Ingredients
- 2 pound Chinese style noodles (cooked)
- 1/2 lg. pork chop (cut into strips)
- 5 dry black mushrooms (soak till soft, cut into strips)
- 1 carrot (cut into strips)
- 1/3 cabbage (cut into strips)
- 1 green onion (minced)
- 3 to 4 tbsp. veg. oil

Taiwanese Style Chow Mein

Directions
- Preheat a wok and add in 1 Tbsp. oil. Stir fry green onion for 10 seconds. Add in pork and black mushrooms, stir fry about 2 min. Remove and set aside. Pour 2 Tbsp. veg. oil into wok. Stir fry carrot and cabbage till tender. Add in pork and black mushrooms, cook and stir. Add in noodles and (I), mix all up. Cook through till sauce is reduced.
