Swiss Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • Cooked fresh green beans Or possibly
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans green beans, liquid removed
  • 1 carton (8 ounce) French onion dip
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1/4 pound Swiss grated cheese
  • Paprika

Swiss Green Bean Casserole

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a small saucepan; add in flour and stir till smooth. Add in onion dip and lowfat milk, stirring till smooth.Layer beans and 2/3 of sauce in a 1 1/2 qt lightly buttered casserole dish. Top with cheese. Pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Cover and bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 min, or possibly till cheese melts.
