Sweet & Spicy Chili Marinade

This is the marinade I use for my Indonesian Sweet & Spicy Pork Ribs, however it can be used on several different foods. Add it to Thai Rice Noodles for a pleasant surprise!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Organic Sugar Cane
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp dried Red Chili Peppers
  • 1 tsp Grated Fresh Garlic

Directions

  1. Bring the Water and Organic Sugar Cane to a boil.
  2. Chop and add the dried Red Chili Peppers.
  3. Add the Grated Fresh Garlic.
  4. Boil hard for 1 minute.
  5. Let stand for 2 minutes then pour into a small mason jar.
  6. Keep refridgerated.
