Sweet And Sour Pork Recipe

Ingredients

• 300 g Pork Tenderloin, sliced or cut into bite size cubes

• 2 tsp Rice Wine
• 
2 tsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Ginger Juice

• 1 Egg White, lightly beaten

• 2 - 3 Dash of White Pepper
• 
Corn Flour for coating

• Oil for deep frying

• 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
• 1 Red Chili, sliced

• ½ Green Bell Pepper, diced (about 1/2 an inch)
• ½ Red Bell Pepper, diced

• 1/4 Cup Pineapple Chunks

• 1/2 Red or White Onion, diced

• 1 Tbsp of Peanut Oil


• Sauce
• 3 Tbsp Ketchup

• 2 Tbsp Sugar

• 3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

• ¾ Cup of Water

• 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

• 1 tsp Corn Flour

• Sea Salt to taste
