  • 5 doz whole medium sized prawns (shelled and deveined)
  • 1 x yellow pepper
  • 1 x red pepper
  • 1 x red onion
  • 2 x lemons
  • 15 fl ounce ounce ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 fl ounce ounce ounce cider vinegar
  • 1 x juice of 6 limes
  • 3 tsp mustard pwdr
  • 3 x dessert spoons Tabasco
  •     salt
  •     grnd black pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions

  1. Place prawns, and rough cut peppers, onion, lemons in a container.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over.
  3. Cover with cling film and a lid and chill for 2-3 days Use the vegetables as a garnish. Looks good served at a buffet table in a Large white shallow bowl with the vegetables in the middle and the prawns Around the outside best with the fan part of the tail left on.
