Ingredients

  • 1 Crispy fish 100gr
  • 2 Tomato 20gr
  • 3 Cucumber 20gr
  • 4 Onion 20gr
  • 5 Spring onion (cut 2”) 10gr
  • 6 Green bell pepper 20gr
  • 7 Corn oil 50ml
  • 8 Corn flour (in water) 80ml
  • 9 Sweet & sour sauce 120ml
  • 10 Pineapple 20gr

Time: 25 minutes prep, 25 minutes cook

Directions

  1. Method:
  2. • Deep fried fish and set aside.
  3. • Heat a wok with corn oil . Add onion , cucumber ,Pineapple , tomato ,bell pepper , and spring onion until cooked and remove to the dish.
  4. • Add the sauce bring to broil and add the corn starch until thick consistency.
  5. • Remove from the heat and pour over the fish and vegetables.
