Swedish Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Swedish Cookies

 
 

Directions

  1. Cream butter.
  2. Add sugar slowly, then flour, nuts and vanilla.
  3. Chill for a little while.
  4. Roll in small balls and pat down into size on cookie sheet.
  5. Bake about 12 minutes at 350°.
  6. When done and still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
  7. When cool, place in airtight container. These cookies improve with age.
