Suprise Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup mini-marshmallows
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate syrup
- 1 cup flour
- 1 (21 oz.) fruit pie filling
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs (beat 1 at a time)
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip (Extra Creamy)
- 1 cup fruit pieces
Directions
- Place marshmallows over the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Cake: Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, chocolate syrup & flour.
- Pour over marshmallows. Spread fruit pie filling & chocolate chips over cake mixture.
- Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs & flour.
- Pour over fruit layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Topping: Spread cool whip & fruit pieces over cheesecake layer.
