Suprise Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
- 1/2 chocolate syrup
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 (21 oz.) fruit pie filling
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1 cup fruit, pieces
Directions
- Cake: Mix margarine, butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate syrup & flour.
- Fold in fruit pie filling. Spread white chocolate chips over cake mixture. Set aside.
- Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs & flour.
- Pour over fruit layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Topping: Spread cool whip & fruit pieces over cheesecake layer.
