Ingredients
- 1 Sun dried tomato 250g
- 2 Toasted cashew nuts 100g
- 3 Garlic chopped fine 20g
- 4 Olive oil 150ml
- 5 Parsley 20g
- 6 Parmesan cheese ground 100g
Directions
- 1 blend the sun dried tomato, cashew nuts, garlic with the olive oil
- 2 then add parsley and Parmesan cheese
