Ingredients

  • 2 big Carrots and 1/2 watermelon and pepper and lime

Directions

  1. Chill carrots and watermelon
  2. clean carrots and quarter into 2inch strips
  3. remove watermelon rind, and cut into similar sized strips.
  4. sqeeze a little lime over all
  5. Crack pepper over all, coarsely
  6. place in chilled bowl
