  1. Let the fruit, mint and yoghurt all tango together in the blender.
  2. Stir through the flaxseed just before serving, because otherwise it swells up and will be more like a jelly than a smoothie!
  3. You could also add a tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll for a bit of extra green goodness!

    Yum,This breakfast coctail looks so good. I have a ton of mint growing in my garden right now that I could use for this recipe.
