Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 lbs. Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 pound plums
- 1 T cornstarch

Summer Apple - Plum Crisp

Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put together flour, 1/2 cup of the sugar, salt, 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Peel apples and cut into thin slices. Slice plums. Put together fruit with remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and cornstarch. In 9 inch pie plate, sprinkle crumb topping over the fruit. Bake till golden brown or possibly fruit is tender, about 50 to 60 min. Serve warm or possibly cool. Serves 6.
