Directions

  1. Brown your ground beef with small diced onion and garlic – season your beef as you brown it. I prefer garlic salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, peppers, onions, celery, parsley, tomato juice, beef broth, beef base and rice. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until rice is cooked. Adjust liquid if necessary. Stir in cinnamon and sugar.
