Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 slice of stale bread, crumbles
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated vegetables, zucchini, squash, potato, mushroom, carrot or a mix of what you have.
  • 2 cups of this mixture = 1 pound ground beef for a recipe

Directions

  1. Mix your beef up when you bring it home from the grocery and store it in the freezer in 2 cup/ 1 pound portions. The beef will be ready for any ground beef recipe.
