Strawberry Yogurt Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 ounce Nonfat Yogurt
- 1 1/2 pt Strawberries hulled and coarsely pureed
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice
- 6 Tbsp. Honey
Directions
- Empty the yogurt into a bowl, but don't whisk it because it will turn watery.
- Whisk together the strawberry puree, orange juice, and honey.
- Gently stir into the yogurt. Refrigeratebefore serving.
- Description: "For fruit salads"
- Yield: "4 C"
- Serving Ideas: Serve with fresh fruit salad, or possibly with granola, pancakes, or possibly lb. cake.
