  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pt fresh strawberries washed, hulled
  • 1 x kiwi peeled
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the ice cream till the fruit is pureed. Add in the ice cream and blend till smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  3. Comments: Add in more or possibly less of the sugar depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. For a lighter version, use nonfat frzn yogurt and skim lowfat milk.
