Strawberry Cream Fridge-Cake

Time: 20 minutes prep, 6 hours cook

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the thick cream and the condensed milk together. Set aside.
  2. Line up the lady fingers in a rectangular deep dish.
  3. Alternating with the cream mixture; I usually make 4 layers.
  4. Top the last layer with the remaining cream mixture.
  5. Finish the surface with sliced fresh strawberries.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 6hours or more. Overnight is best to let the cream set well.
  7. Once set, slice each portions and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

Another no-bake cake recipe that I learned. I make this whenever I have friends over and they never get enough everytime!

This sounds wonderful and it's easy to boot. Gotta love that. Just one question. It says 2 cans thick cream, is that found with the condensed milk or are you talking about heavy whipping cream in the cartons?

the heavy whipping creams in cartons, (cuz here we have it in cans too) i normally mix that with condensed milk because kids like it sweeter than i do. you can control the sweetness.
