Strawberry Cream Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) pkg. strawberry Jello
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn strawberries
- 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Reserve 1/4 cup of mix. Pour into serving dish. Add in bananas, strawberries and pineapple to remaining Jello. Refrigerate till set. Add in confectioners sugar and vanilla to cream cheese; mix till smooth. Add in whipped cream to cheese mix. Add in reserved Jello; mix well. Spread over Jello layer. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate till set.
