Directions

  1. Marinate steak in 1/4 cup water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and cornstarch for 1/2 to 1 hour. Heat oil in frying pan (320 degrees). Add in steak slices only. Brown on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm. Remove most of juices from frying pan. Add in vegetables and stir fry 3 min. Pour reserved marinate in saucepan. Bring to boil, remove and stir till thick. Pour in serving bowl. Put steak and vegetables on heated serving plate. Serve with marinade.
