Directions

  1. 1.Wash,peel and boil the potatoes.Set aside.
  2. 2.In a big and deep pot,heat the 50 ml oil and stew the sliced onion and the minced garlic.
  3. 3.Add the red pepper,washed,without seeds,and in thin slices.
  4. 4.In another pan stew the sausages cut in pieces in 50 ml oil.
  5. 5.Cut in big cubes potatoes.
  6. 6. In the pot add,red pepper,sausages,potatoes,vegetable paste,salt,pepper,and stew till the potatoes area little brown.
  7. 7.Serve with dill above,and,with pickles or pickled chilli.
