Ingredients
- 2 fish (200 g)
- 2 red chili
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp mild curry powder
- 1 tbsp green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 6-8 curry leaves, chopped
- 6-8 shallots, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 large sheets of aluminium foil to wrap and steam the fish in
- 2 tsp oil

STEAMED SPICY FISH WITH A TWIST
Time: 8 minutes prep, 15-20 minutes cook

Directions
- Mix the red chilies,turmeric powder,curry powder, green chilies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, shallots, salt and lime juice into a coarse paste.
- After cleaning the fish, apply a thick layer of the paste on both the inside and the outside
- Wrap the fish in the foil and seal
- Heat the oil in pan and place the wrapped fish in it
- Cook each side of each fish for 5-6 minutes
- Serve hot with rice and vegges
