  • (recipe called for 1 1/2 t vanilla extract)
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • Filling:
  • Lemon curd (From Trader Joe's)
  • Over the Top Spring Green Sixlets~
  • 1. Preheat oven to 325°
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 2. In a large bowl,
  • Stir together sweetened condensed milk, egg white,
  • Place a tablespoon of warmed lemon curd filling in the "nest"
