Spinach Souffle Breakfast Bake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pkt Stouffer's spinach souffle - (12 ounce ea) defrosted according
- Â Â to package directions
- 8 slc bacon cooked, liquid removed,
- Â Â and crumbled
- 2 c. fresh shredded potatoes
- 1 x egg separated
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- Combine potatoes and onions in medium bowl. Transfer to prepared pie plate and pat down. Brush with egg white. Bake for 5 - 10 min or possibly till set.
- Combine spinach souffle, bacon and egg yolk. Pour over potato crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 45 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Season with salt and black grnd pepper.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
