Spinach And Strawberry Salad With Honey Dress Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 ounce Cleaned and trimmed fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 4 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Thickly sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 sm Thinly sliced red onion
Directions
- (This recipe is from Gail's Recipe Swap.) Tear spinach into bite sized pcs and place in salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Add in to the spinach and toss lightly. Add in strawberries and onion. Toss lightly.
