• 1 TBSP olive oil
• 1 small yellow onion, chopped
• 10 ounces fresh baby spinach
• 4 medium garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 12 ounces crumbled feta cheese
