Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs beaten
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
- 3 c. Zucchini grated
- 2 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Minced nuts

Spicy Zucchini Cookies
Servings: 12
Directions
- Sift together dry ingredients. Gradually blend dry ingredients into egg mix. Stir in zucchini. Mix in raisins and nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven on ungreased baking sheets for 10-12 minutes.
- Makes 6 dox. medium sizecookies. I frost with cream cheese icing. Enjoy. Joe Donley
