Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes - cubed
  • 1 onion - sliced
  • 1/2 tomato - cubed
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp homemade chilli paste
  • 4-5 sprigs of coriander leaves

Spicy Potatoes

Time: 15 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Par-boil the potatoes with some salt.
  2. Heat oil in wok and crackle the mustard seeds.
  3. Add the ginger & garlic paste, coriander leaves, onions, tomatoes and chilli paste.
  4. Add in the potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes. Add salt to taste.
  5. Cook till the potatoes are done and serve.
