Directions

  1. Combine soya sauce, Grand Marnier, honey, ginger, warm peppers, orange juice, 1/2 the coriander. Reserve 1/4 c. of marinade for basting.
  2. Place shrimp and scallops in marinade for 30 min. Skewer shrimp and scallops, alternating between wedges of orange and lime.
  3. Grill for 5 min or possibly till shrimp turns pink and scallops turn completely white. Baste with reserved marinade while grilling.
  4. Sprinkle with minced coriander and serve with basmati rice and roasted red peppers.
