Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
  • 2 slices hot pepper cheese
  • 2slices swiss cheese
  • hot and spicey kraft mayo

Time: 2 minutes prep, 3 to 4 minutes cook

Directions

  1. alternate cheese slices
  2. place on wheat bread
  3. use kraft hot and spicey mayo instead of margerine or butter
  4. heat frying pan on low heat
  5. toast sandwich on both sides
  6. cut in half for lunch or 8 to10 pieces for appetizers
