Ingredients
2 bot beer (preferabley dark ale)
4 dsh warm sauce
6 Tbsp. sweet mixed pickle juice (90 millilitres)
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard (30 millilitres)
1 c. soy sauce (250 millilitres)
8 clv garlic chopped
1 dsh salt and pepper
4 x slabs pork ribs (1 will feed 2 adults)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients and pour over the ribs. Marinade at room temperature for 2 hrs. Cook over the BBQ for approximately 15 min on each side.
