- Chicken legs / Chicken Drumsticks - 3 (with or without skin)
- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Oil - For brushing chicken while baking
- For Masala
- Red chilli powder - 3 to 4 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - from half a lemon
- Ginger - 3 inch long piece (chopped into smaller pieces)
- Garlic - 4 to 5 pods
- Peppercorns - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon stick - 2 small pieces (1 inch long pieces)
- Cardamom pods - 2
- Cloves - 2
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Preheat oven to 200° C for 10 minutes. (heat both the rods)
