Spiced Rum Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 1st Group ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Truvia
- 3 TBLSP Corn Starch
- 1 1/2 Cup Half and Half
- 1 Cup 2% Milk
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs Lightly beaten and strained
- 2nd Group ingredients
- 2 TBLSP Butter
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 4 TBLSP Spiced Rum
Directions
- Combine first group of ingredients together in double boiler,
- Heat until mixture coats back of spoon
- Add 2nd group mix well
- Pour into suitable container.
- Cover with food wrap and cool
