  • 200 gm Rice, (7oz)
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 bn Spring onions, minced
  • 100 gm Peas, defrosted if frzn (4oz)
  • 1 x 198 gram tin sweetcorn, liquid removed (7oz)
  • 2 slc Ham, shredded
  • 1 x Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Schwartz Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning
  •     Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the rice in boiling salted water till tender. Drain and run under cool water till cool. In a large wok, heat the oil and add in the egg. Allow to set slightly then stir till scrambled.
  2. Add in the rice and remaining ingredients and stir fry till heated through.
