Funny sounding name - but before you run off without trying this great chili recipe...what else could I call it with the addition of delicious, quartered artichokes that provide just the right bit of tangy flavor? Oh and something else you don't typically find in chili - potato! Trust me, this chili recipe is delish!

This "Italian chili" is a bitey, spicy bit of heaven. With just the right amount of spices, wine and "heat" this hearty dish is sure to please even the most discriminating chili afficianado. It is a vegan dish but by using some earthy mushrooms the chili takes on a meaty tone that is delicious in every way!
