Directions

  1. Brown and cook pork chops in large frying pan with butter till tender. Remove meat and saute in drippings, onion and green pepper for 3-5 min. Add in to this tomato paste, water, soy sauce, garlic salt, Worcestershire and salt and pepper. Stir in cooked rice. Place pork chops on top of mix. Simmer for about 15 min. Serves 4.
