Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  •     Seasoned salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  •     Black olives pitted
  •     Sliced mushrooms liquid removed
  •     Stewed tomatoes
  •     Liquid to cover (beer, tomato soup
  •     or possibly tomato sauce with an equal amount of water or possibly stock)

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pcs; season. Place with remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Simmer all day on LOW.
  2. Serve over rice.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
