Directions
- Add spaghetti into the boiling salted water and cook per box instructions
- While pasta cooks, in a saute pan add olive oil, zucchini and tomatoes, garlic cloves, salt and black pepper on medium/low heat and cook several minutes to tenderize the zucchini and tomato, gently stir, reduce heat to low, add drained spaghetti and toss gently add slowly the grated parmesan cheese (if needed add some pasta reserved water), toss, garnish, plate and serve.
