got this recipe from an Australian website sometime back.I tried it and my family loved it.Good for weekends when you feel lazy to cook lengthy meals,this can save you the time and ive you your much needed break away from kitchen.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180˚C or 160˚C with fan.
  2. Heat oil in a frypan. Saute onion, garlic, bacon and mushroom. Cook for 2 minutes then add the thigh fillets. Brown the chicken and transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl mix together the cornflour, sour cream and chicken soup and pour over the top of chicken.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Add the peas,carrot and corn and cook for a further 10 minutes. Stir through the baby spinach just before serving.
  5. Serve with brown rice or mashed potato.
  6. I swerved it with steamed white rice and some bread rolls on the side.
