  • 4 lg. hard, ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Squeeze gently to remove juice and seeds. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 min. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread over tomatoes. Broil about 2 min more till tinged a golden brown color. Serves 8.
