Soft Chocolate Cookies With Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. shortening or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 squares Baker's chocolate
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Beat egg and brown sugar. Heat together vanilla, shortening, and chocolate. Then add in to mix flour, salt, soda. Then add in lowfat milk, add in it alternately with flour mix. Add in walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min. Frost while slightly hot.
