Sofrito Rice Recipe
Easy recipe to prepare. Serve with Latin American, or grilled foods.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbs. butter
- 1/4 cup sofrito
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 tbs. cilantro, chooped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a pot, bring to boil. Cook 18-20 minutes.
- Let sit several minutes.
- Fluff rice and serve.
