Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 c beets
  • 2 c spinach
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 peach
  • 3 T hemp protein powder
  • 2 T ground flax
  • 3 T almond butter
  • 16 oz coconut water
  • a couple squirts honey

Directions

  1. cut up fruits and veggies and put all ingredients into a blender, blend until juice like, may add more water if needed
